By using this site, you signify your assent to these conditions of use.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR MEMBERSHIP

You agree that Dimplesprouts, LLC (d.b.a. Jump Start Kids Club) owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any harm my child may come to while on the premises, or for damage to their property. You hereby release them from any and all liability for such harm, (except for gross negligence or willful misconduct) even though that harm may result from their negligence.

ATTENDANCE POLICY

In order to aid us in running our classes effectively, and out of respect to the other participants, we ask that - if you?re going to be absent, call us as soon as you know. Even if that?s just 5 minutes before class starts!
It is our operating procedure to hold any class that has three children or more. If absences prevent us from holding a class on a particular day, each student that is in attendance will receive a raincheck for that class, to be redeemed in a class with appropriate age requirements for that student, and by appointment only. Your raincheck can be redeemed even if your tuition session has expired.
If a class is run with absent students, those students can make-up that class in any of our other classes with appropriate age requirements, with an appointment, and so long as they do so during their tuition session.
No money can be refunded, whether in part or full, due to absences. It is the responsibility of the student?s guardian to make every effort to attend the class they are enrolled in, during the time period for which they are enrolled, or to make-up those classes by the guidelines described here.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF MATERIALS

This site is owned and operated by Dimplesprouts, LLC. You may view, copy and distribute the material on this site for personal use only, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. You may not modify or resell the information, or include it in anything you sell or license to third parties.

In no event shall Dimplesprouts, LLC have any liability to you for damages, losses and causes of action (whether in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence), or otherwise) for accessing this site.

PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy covers Jumpstart's treatment of personally identifiable information that we collect when you are on our site, and when you use our services. This policy also applies to Jumpstart's treatment of any personally identifiable information that our business partners share with us. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to people that we do not employ or manage.

Information Collection and Use

We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit or use our pages. We may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page you requested. We may use this information for the following general purposes: to customize the content you see, to fulfill your requests for certain services and information, to bring you special offers that may be of interest to you and to contact you.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We will send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:
(1) we wish to inform You of special offers or notices;
(2) we need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested;
(3) we need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of Jumpstart to provide a product or service to you (unless we tell you differently, these companies do not have any right to use the personally identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us);
(4) we respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process; or
(5) we find that your actions on our web sites violate the above terms of service, or any of our usage guidelines for specific products or services.

Cookies

We may set and access cookies on your computer.

PAYMENT POLICY

Jumpstart requires a credit card to hold your place for a class or reservation, however we also require that you pay by check on the first day of class, or on the day of your party. Your card will not be charged unless you do not show up for your reserved spot.

REFUND POLICY

Class Refund Policy

Should you need to cancel a class already in session, you will be refunded the prorated portion of the class minus a $35 processing fee. If Jumpstart cancels a class, you will receive a full refund.

Should you need to cancel a class not in session, you may cancel your class with at least two weeks notice and receive a full refund. Cancellations received within two weeks of the class start date will be subject to a $35 processing fee.

Party Refund Policy

You may cancel your party reservation with one month’s notice and receive a full refund. For parties pending in less than one month but more than one week, you will be charged a $75 fee for cancellation. In extenuating circumstances, including emergencies, sickness, or severely inclement weather, your party must be rescheduled. Extenuating circumstances are defined on a case by case basis, and Jumpstart reserves the right to decide what constitutes extenuating circumstances in each instance. There will be no refunds within one week of the scheduled date for any reason.

OTHER

All claims, disputes or disagreements which may arise out of the interpretation, performance or in any way relating to your use of this site and any and all other Dimplesprouts, LLC site(s), shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the State or federal courts located in the State of New Jersey.
